Wonderful stay! We really liked the house and the room — everything was comfortable, especially the big, comfy bed. The family who own the place are lovely, very welcoming and kind. The neighbourhood is great: quiet, clean, and close to everything. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!
Absolutely the best stay ever — I felt like I was back home. Kim and Jay are friendly and kind, and their children are so cute. The room was clean, new, and well organised, exactly like the photos. Wifi is fast and the office was perfect for remote work. Beautiful location near the mountains and convenient for the beach, with great vegetarian restaurants and cafés nearby.
Nice stay with a happy and cheerful family — very responsive and welcoming hosts. A heads-up for the noise-sensitive: there's not much soundproofing, so you'll hear the house, and the kids can be lively until about 10 PM. The 4th-floor office is a great place to escape to, with stunning views. I recommend the vegetarian restaurant nearby for a cheap, delicious breakfast.
Nice family and a comfy room — a sleek, modern home with lots of digital push-button features and hard surfaces. If you're a light sleeper, bring good earplugs: there's a fair amount of echo and you can hear most things around the house. Jay is the main point of contact and was great for conversation, suggestions, and recommendations.
An amazing time at Kim's place — very friendly and full of great recommendations. There's a wonderful café right next door that I definitely recommend. A lovely stay; we'll be back.
A great place! Kim and her family treated me like one of their own and made me feel so welcome — they even gave me medicine when I got sick. Stunning mountain views, a short walk to the beach and great restaurants, close enough to Da Nang centre by scooter but far enough for quiet. Kim and Jay know all the best spots. Highly recommend.

Arguably the best neighbourhood in Đà Nẵng — the cleanest, freshest air thanks to the woods just 100 m away, with forest on three sides. Every morning a cool mountain breeze flows down to refresh the area. It's also one of the safest parts of the city: children play freely in the streets and many local police officers live nearby.
