Spacious Studio, Just a Short Walk from the Beach

Wonderful stay! We really liked the house and the room — everything was comfortable, especially the big, comfy bed. The family who owns the place are lovely, very welcoming and kind. The neighborhood is great: quiet, clean, and close to everything. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

It was absolutely the best stay ever. I felt like I was back home. Kim and Jay are friendly and kind, and their children are so cute! There are times when you can hear children laughing and crying, but since I love kids, it didn’t bother me at all☺️ The room was clean, new, and well organized. It looked exactly the same as the photos provided. Also wifi is fast and office was perfect for remote worker. The location is beautiful it’s near the mountains and also convenient for going to the beach. There are also very good vegetarian restaurant and cafes nearby. If you’re tired of living in the city and would like to experience staying with a local family, this place is perfect. I’d love to come back 🫶🏻

Nice stay with happy and cheerful family. Hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Warning if you are noise sensitive, there’s almost no soundproofing so you will hear almost every word from the 1st floor, and every whisper if the bathroom above you is used. Kids are screaming often, but as promised all the noise is gone by 10pm. Until that the office on the 4th floor is a good place to escape it and enjoy stunning views. But only if nobody singing karaoke in the neighborhood close to you 😅 I recommend the vegetarian restaurant nearby, a good place for a cheap and delicious breakfast.

We had an amazing time at Kim’s place. They are very friendly and recommended some great places. There’s a great cafe right next to their place that I definitely recommend overall we had a lovely stay and will def come back again

This is a great AirBNB! Highly recommend :). Kim and her family treated me like one of their own, and made me feel so welcomed which I truly appreciate. They even gave me medicine when I got sick 🙏🏾. I had so many great conversations with the family and even got to share a few meals with them :). The house has absolutely stunning views of the mountains and is only a short walk away from the beach and great restaurants. It is close enough via scooter to Da Nang center but far enough from the hustle and bustle to have some quiet. Kim and Jay know all the good restaurants to recommend for guests and are really kind people. Thanks again! :)

Kim and Jay are very helpful and great hosts. The things to note about this place are well written by other guests' review and we are totally good with them. While the location is residential (and hence quiet), private hire are inexpensive and very easily available in Danang. You could also rent a motorbike if you want to.
