The hosts are super friendly and helpful. I arrived a bit early and could leave my luggage. You share a kitchen with the owners and other guests if you want to cook, but there are great cafés and restaurants within walking distance. I really liked being so close to both the beach and the mountain.
My first stay in Vietnam was amazing thanks to Kim and her husband — incredibly kind and helpful, they even helped with my suitcase and gave a full tour on arrival, while respecting my privacy completely. The highlight was the balcony view: the forest and mountain scenery is breathtaking and very peaceful. A perfect spot in Da Nang.
An amazing stay — highly recommend for anyone visiting Da Nang. The location is one of the best for a relaxing getaway while still close to everything. The unit was extremely comfortable, clean and well-maintained, and the hospitality was exceptional — responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations.
An amazing stay at Kim's house. The place is beautiful and the neighbourhood is one of the best spots in Da Nang — calm, but close to the city, mountains, and beach. Kim and her family were incredibly welcoming and full of great recommendations; we rented a bike directly with them too. The view from the office is absolutely amazing — I stayed productive the whole trip.

Kim and Jay were so nice and welcoming, and even lent us their bike. When we asked about local communities (we're considering moving here) they invited us to the relevant groups and went the extra mile to answer all our questions. Just wonderful!
Where you'll be
Arguably the best neighbourhood in Đà Nẵng — the cleanest, freshest air thanks to the woods just 100 m away, with forest on three sides. Every morning a cool mountain breeze flows down to refresh the area. It's also one of the safest parts of the city: children play freely in the streets and many local police officers live nearby.
