Serene Mountain-View Studio with Ensuite Bath

This is a beautiful, modern, stylish, and safe house.Away from traffic, so it's quiet.The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly. The host takes good care of the house and has beautiful flowers. (As shown in Figure 1) The location is very convenient.5 minutes by motorbike to the local market to buy vegetables, fruits and meats, the host's kitchen can be used to make delicious food, because we are playing during the Spring Festival, people are celebrating the festival, super many shops are closed, cooking yourself is the best choice.(As shown in Figures 2 and 4) The space on the roof is very open, we did yoga here. (See Figure 3) 1 min walk, there is a coffee shop with very good price and taste (as shown in Figure 5-6) 10 minutes walk, you can go hiking in the mountains.Also a good choice for leisure travel (e.g. 7-8) 5 min walk to the beach (see Figure 9) Finally, I have to mention our friendly host Kim and his husband, and the lovely children. Kim speaks Chinese, English, and Vietnamese.Our English is not very good, on the first day of arrival, she helped us rent a motorcycle, ordered takeout, and gave us a detailed introduction to the house.Make everything simple and efficient. If your travel plan is easy, relaxed, and not in a hurry, this is a very good choice to let you live and slowly feel the energy of this city.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful. I arrived a bit earlier before check in and could leave my luggage at the place. You share a kitchen with the owners and other guests if you want to cook, but there are great cafés and restaurants in walking distance. I really liked that it was so close to the beach and the mountain.

My first stay in Vietnam was amazing thanks to Kim and her husband. They are incredibly kind and helpful - they even helped me with my suitcase and gave a full tour of the house upon arrival. They respected my privacy completely. The highlight was definitely the balcony view, the forest and mountain scenery is breathtaking and very peaceful 😍 A perfect spot in Da Nang. Highly recommend !!

I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang. The location is truly one of the best if you're looking for a relaxing getaway while still being close to everything the city has to offer. The accommodation itself was extremely comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the hospitality. The hosts were responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond with every request. They also provided excellent local recommendations and travel tips that helped me explore.

We had an amazing stay at Kim's house. The place is beautiful and the neighborhood is honestly one of the best spots in Da Nang. Really calm, but still close to the city, the mountains, and the beach. Kim and her family were incredibly welcoming from day one, always ready to help and full of great recommendations. We also rented a bike directly with them, which was super convenient. You can feel they genuinely care about their guests. We'd 100% come back. PS: The view from the office is absolutely amazing. I could work from there as often as needed and stayed productive the whole stay.

Very lovely people. Easy check-in great instructions. The only downside of this place is no chairs on the roof and expect a very hard bed. But other than that, everything was wonderful.
